Newmarket Holidays expands safari range in South Africa

Newmarket Holidays has launched an exclusive villa safari experience at Mabula Game Reserve in South Africa to cater for growing demand in the destination.

Called On Safari in South Africa – Mabula’s Kingfisher Villa – Premier Collection, the tour offers a small-group safari for a maximum of 10 customers.

The 10-day holiday costs from £3,388 and includes flights and a seven-night stay at the Kingfisher Villa Suites, which is a new introduction to Newmarket Holidays’ South Africa portfolio.

The operator said its other two tours featuring the Mabula Game Reserve had been “highly popular” with customers.

The new package is exclusive to Newmarket and has been designed for customers seeking “a more intimate safari experience”, with wildlife encounters, premium accommodation and personalised service.

Eleven safari experiences within the Mabula Game Reserve are included, along with all-inclusive dining, drinks and daily high tea – plus bush breakfasts and stargazing experiences and educational talks from wildlife experts.

“We have 50 places available for 2026, with departures from September to December.
