Newmarket Holidays has taken on two account managers and created two new roles to expand and reinforce its trade support.
The changes bring the tour operator’s trade team to 12 staff and means it will have a role dedicated to looking after homeworkers.
Emma Hilton has been appointed account manager for the North West, North Wales and Isle of Man and Mikaela Mills takes on the role of account manager for the southeast, both reporting into head of trade sales and partnerships Hayley Morris.
Hilton has held senior roles at Star Clippers, Olympic Holidays, Belleair Holidays and SETnet Global while Mills has previously worked for Exodus Adventure Travels, managing UK agency accounts, Contiki Holidays and Thomas Cook.
At the same time, Ryan Readman has moved from his role as account manager for the northwest to a newly created role focused on trade partnerships for home based businesses, and Sarah Rowbotham has moved from her account manager role for the Midlands to the new position of trade engagement manager, focused on driving broader trade engagement projects.
Morris said: “We’re delighted to welcome Emma and Mikaela to our team and to see Ryan and Sarah step into their new roles. Their wealth of experience and proven track record will be invaluable in supporting our travel agent network, driving growth and delivering even stronger engagement across all regions.”
