Atas to hold second regional trade event in Southampton
The Association of Touring and Adventure Suppliers will host a second regional gathering next month, following the success of its first ‘Atas presents’ event in May.
The second ‘Atas presents’ event will take place in Southampton on September 15, with travel agents able to network with more than 10 Atas tour operator members.
Starting at 6.30pm in Revolución de Cuba Southampton, the event will offer refreshments and fun activities.
Claire Brighton, Atas account director, said: “We received great feedback from agents and suppliers who attended our first regional event in Leeds, so we’re excited to bring the concept to the south of England in September.
“It will be a fun night out, offering the chance to network and learn about the opportunities offered by Atas members – and hopefully lead to more touring and adventure sales.
“And watch this space for more details of our annual conference which will be taking place on November 1-2 in a new venue, the British Motor Museum in Warwickshire.”
