Cox & Kings targets solo travellers with nine new small group tours
Cox & Kings has added nine small group tours for 2018 for solo travellers.
The expansion follows an increase of almost 50% in bookings of solo traveller tours compared with 2016.
The solo group tours allow single travellers to travel with a group of like-minded people. They have no
single supplements and accommodation is based on the single occupancy of twin or double rooms.
The new tours for 2018 are the Romanian Explorer; Rome & the Amalfi Coast; Porto & the Douro Valley; Helsinki & St Petersburg; The Best of Exotic South India; Mystical Marrakech; Treasures of Jordan; Persian Odyssey; and Tanzania Wildlife Safari. The eight-day Romanian Explorer, from £1,415, centres around Transylvania and the surrounding regions.
