Explore qualifies for Trading Standards ‘Buy with Confidence’ mark

Adventure operator Explore has become the first to qualify for a Trading Standards ‘Buy with Confidence’ initiative.

The scheme was set up in response to rogue traders and to give confidence back to the customer.

Explore had to be thoroughly vetted by Trading Standards and pass a series of detailed checks to qualify for the scheme.

These included agreeing to abide by the scheme’s code of conduct to operate in a legal, honest and fair way and demonstrate a high level of customer service undergoing extensive checks including references from previous customers and reviews of company’s complaints history.

The operator was also visited and vetted by Trading Standards staff to prove that it was qualified, experienced and fully insured.
