G Touring recruits three product and operations staff

G Touring, operator of the escorted holiday and touring brands Travelsphere and Just You, has made three “key” appointments to its product and operations team.

Kathy Farahat (pictured) re-joins as head of product, overseeing global product development and contracting, reporting to Liesa Bissett, product and operations director.

Shelley Stevens joins as product manager and Ben Lee as operations executive.

All three have extensive global product and customer delivery experience.

The roles existed before the pandemic and are now a key part of the group’s rebuilding, said a spokesperson.

Farahat returns to G Touring after a short time with Great Rail Journeys; Lee had previously worked at the British Museum; and Stevens had been working for a time in the contact centre before joining the product team.
