Intrepid provides 24/7 phone number for agents

Intrepid Group is extending its opening hours to 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Connecting to Intrepid’s offices in Australia and North America out of hours, the service has been designed to make it easier for agents to get information about adventure tour operator’s range of more than 1,000 trips.

Andrew Turner, head of industry sales EMEA for Intrepid, said: “We appreciate that an increasing number of agents are working flexible hours in order to suit the needs of their clients and we want to make sure that we’re available to help them wherever they may need it.
