Riviera Travel operates first long-haul holiday for two years
Riviera Travel has completed its first long-haul holiday for two years, with guests travelling on a 15-day Wonders of the Nile river cruise and tour.
The Nile river cruise holiday included visits to the pyramids at Giza; the Golden Mask of Tutankhamun at the Egyptian Museum; the temple dedicated to Osiris, god of the dead; and Step Pyramid, the oldest stone structure in the world.
Viktorija Bajera, from Riviera’s operations team, joined the 30 guests on the trip, along with Egyptologist tour manager, Salah Sholok.
Riviera Travel plans to operate almost 2,300 cruises and tours this year as Covid restrictions are easing around the world.
