Saga to offer Gambia holidays this winter

Saga Holidays is to offer holidays in The Gambia from this winter.

The over-50s specialist operator has contracted two hotels in the west African country – Kombo Beach Hotel and Kairaba Beach Hotel.

Flights will operate from Gatwick, Birmingham and Manchester from between November and next April with prices for seven nights starting at £949nper person full board.

The Gambia Tourism Board director general Abdoulie Hydara said: “The Gambia is extremely excited about the arrival of Saga Holidays and looks forward to welcoming their guests to the destination.

“Although a small country, The Gambia has a variety of activities, beautiful scenery, diverse wildlife and a rich culture that will ensure every visitor is kept busy.

“The hotels Saga Holidays is working with are in exciting locations and offer a wonderful mix of beaches and nature. We hope their guests will enjoy all that ‘the smiling coast of Africa’ has to offer.”
