Shearings more than doubles Signature Collection portfolio
Coach tours specialist Shearings has added 37 new tours to its upmarket Signature Collection.
The premium range of UK holidays was launched with 30 tours last year and now numbers 67.
The Signature Collection primarily features four-star hotels, with facilities such as spas and swimming pools.
Two new brand partners have been added to the 2024 Signature Collection: Brend Hotels – a luxury hotel chain based in Devon and Cornwall – and The Inn Collection Group, which offers refurbished historic coaching inns.
New hotels added to the collection include Carden Park in the Cheshire countryside, and the Carlyon Bay Hotel, in St Austell, Cornwall, which has its own private beach.
Destinations added to the Signature Collection include Glastonbury, Oswestry and Port Isaac, while new excursions feature attractions such as the Eden Project, the Royal Mint, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, and Belsay Hall and Gardens.
Signature Collection holidays start from £379 for a five-day tour, staying at Warner’s Norton Grange on the Isle of Wight.
Holidays always include half-board hotel accommodation and excursions.
Furthermore there are 15 Self-Drive Experiences – combining coach holiday itineraries with self-drive travel – in the Signature Collection.
Ashley Dellow, Shearings’ head of retail sales, said: “Due to demand, Shearings’ Signature Collection has grown rapidly. There were 30 holidays in the collection when it was launched last year, and with the latest additions, there are now 67 tours.
“The Signature Collection, along with our Warner Hotel Breaks, is our premium product, appealing to those looking for an indulgent UK break with luxurious touches and superb hotel facilities.
“The tours are a perfect suggestion for celebratory breaks or simply a well-deserved treat, and the expansion of the collection shows there is great demand for upmarket staycations.”
New tours include Scotland’s Castles, Chapels and Distilleries; Steaming and Sailing through Shropshire and the Welsh Borders; and Delights of Norfolk at Dunston Hall.
