Travelsphere offers agents BBC Good Food Summer Show incentive

Travel agents can win one of five pairs of tickets to the BBC Good Food Summer Show as Travelsphere becomes a sponsor of the celebrity chef event.

The incentive comes as the company becomes headline sponsor of the Big Kitchen at shows in Birmingham and Glasgow.

Travelsphere will be showcasing top chefs recreating dishes from many of its global destinations.

Among the stars cooking in the Travelsphere Big Kitchen will be Mary Berry, James Martin, The Hairy Bikers, Tom Kerridge, Michel Roux Jr and Raymond Blanc.

Winning agents will also be able to meet the operator’s travel ambassador, TV presenter Penny Smith.

Agents making Travelsphere bookings between May 10-31 will be entered into the BBC Good Food Show draw.

Smith will be joining chef Marcus Bean at the Birmingham NEC on June 14-15 to creating meals inspired by her Travelsphere trip to the Amalfi Coast.

The operator’s managing director said Alastair Campbell said: “Food is a key inspiration when people are looking to discover the world.

“It is a way of enjoying a destination in the same way as the locals do and that is key when we are planning each of our unique tours.

“Travelsphere’s sponsorship of the Big Kitchen allows us to take our tours to a new audience and demonstrate how food and travel is the perfect combination.”
