Newmarket Holidays has introduced a new marketing campaign to give customers “the confidence to plan and book ahead”.
The initiative combines discounts of up to 15% – available until May 28 – reinforcing the message that “now is a great time to book”, said the operator, noting the added security of “package travel and expert support”.
It said agents can position the campaign as a “complete booking solution” with the savings, added extras, and Newmarket’s Peace of Mind Promise – giving them “compelling reasons to encourage customers to book sooner rather than later”.
The Peace of Mind Promise highlights how there are “no hidden costs” as all local taxes and charges are included in the price of the holiday and there is “no worrying about additional charges at the airport or destination”.
It also emphasises the 24/7 support from the operator and financial protection, because all tours are Atol, Abtot and Abta-protected.
A spokesperson for the operator said the Peace of Mind Promise is not new because the protections and commitments it covers “have always been part of how Newmarket Holidays operates”.
“What is new is how it’s been packaged into a clear, simple message that makes it easy for agents and their customers to understand exactly what they’re booking and how they’re covered when they travel with Newmarket Holidays,” said the spokesperson.
“Given the ongoing uncertainty surrounding geopolitical tensions and fuel costs, Newmarket Holidays felt this was the right moment to give customers and agents a clear and confident statement of what to expect.
“Clear communication around flexibility and trust has always been important to us, and the Peace of Mind Promise reflects that, especially as customers will understandably have more concerns about booking currently.”
The added extras include a free Easy Airport Package worth £100, offering parking, lounges, hotels and fast-track access.
Other elements of the campaign include a £50 deposit for 2026 bookings and flexible options if travel plans are disrupted.
